I Do Not Know Who Needs This...

But there really is still beauty in the world.

    1. Glen, if you have ever read either the end of The Lord of The Rings or The Silmarillion, the Elvish "Eden" involves high, snow capped mountains. This somewhat reminds of that - yes, Heaven.

  2. I'm glad you can see mountains. We live on the side of one, in a large range. Feels wrong when there aren't any.

    1. Reverend, I grew up among foothills with mountains in the distance. Living as we now in the "rolling hills" of a flatland, I snicker when 500 feet is considered "elevation". Yet another reason I love coming back here.

  4. Finished 'where late the sweet birds Sang' recently. it had aspects to talk to book cloning the one thing that the clones lacked was the ability to see things that was clearly before them I think a little bit of our mindset and society is that things aren't beautiful in nature and we've lost the ability to be able to see things clearly. Sorta like clones did due to groupthink. That was all dictated..I am not editing it.

    1. I think that is true of us as well EGB. Call it "situational awareness." We like to believe we practice it in service of meditation or martial arts but it really should be in everything.

Comments are welcome (and necessary, for good conversation). If you could take the time to be kind and not practice profanity, it would be appreciated. Thanks for posting!
