Herzensangelegenheit

I stumbled across this on the Book of Face.  Even it can sometimes have value.

It is about three minutes long and very worth your time. For those of us that are a little older, perhaps even more inspiring and poignant.

(To those that may not know these things, press the arrow.  The program will take over).

When you have family, you have a lot. Be grateful for their presence in your life.

    1. It is awesome Glen. So genius went above and beyond (I have to say that many of the European Christmas commercials seem to completely eclipse ours in terms of refinement completely).

Kettlebells can vary in weight. I have a 45 lbs unit, which is three pounds above what the Heavy Weight is in Highland Games. They are an excellent work out tool and come in a variety of weights. Look up a Turkish Get Up on Youtube.

    1. Ed, I struggle with this as well. It has taken me most of my life to get to the point I can sort of focus on a goal. One wonders some of the things I might have accomplished with the ability to focus more.

Comments are welcome (and necessary, for good conversation). If you could take the time to be kind and not practice profanity, it would be appreciated. Thanks for posting!
