    As moonset wakes west,
    at sunrise I do linger
    gazing big sky east

    1. Gazing in the big sky
moon sets and the sun rises:

Had to check the calendar.....new moon tomorrow morning here
    Smaller and smaller
    our celestial neighbor
    hides away from us.

    1. Hiding in plain view,
the moon wanes away - But look!

  3. I got up early
    replanting asparagus
    before it got hot
