Do Not Wish (And An Apology)

(The Apology:  Blogger has gone ahead and forced my hand about adopting "The New Interface" [grumble, grumble, says the Luddite within me].  I had put it off as long as I could, but even I have become a "conversion statistic now.  As a result, I am trying to figure out how to do the things I used to do flawlessly even one week ago. Apologies in advances for weird postings or if I accidentally lose a comment.  I am sure it will all work out in the end.)

(Grumble, grumble, snarl, Get Off My Lawn with your new fangled interface...)

    1. Interesting Hobo - I was able to upload some. If it helps, click on the photo button like before but you have to select “Upload from computer”.

Who knows. This may push me over the edge somewhere else too.

  2. I coasted along on the old one, too. This new one is fer crap. If it works, why change it? Different isn't always better.

    1. STxAR, I have no idea. I think that they want to make it "easier to use", which scarcely seems to have done the job.

  3. I got used to the new way of posting, but I don't like it.
I did get my... Reading list back by clicking a link on the bottom left, because I can't stand the new one.

  4. When you're on the "compose" screen, look down the left-side column and click on "revert to legacy blogger". It takes you back to the one we all know, and is now my standard interface again.

  5. I guess I must have been one of the rare ones to migrate to the new one and not have a single problem. Probably used up my luck for awhile.

    1. Luck or skill Ed. I think it is meant to be "optimized" for smartphone displays. I just do not like hiding things in menus and symbols.

Comments are welcome (and necessary, for good conversation). If you could take the time to be kind and not practice profanity, it would be appreciated. Thanks for posting!
