Nylon12, I confess I am not as familiar with Cato the Younger (Cato Uticensis) as I should be. In doing a quick look, he appears to have a lot of good quotes.
And yes, it is pretty good advice. Would that more people availed themselves of it (mostly me, of course).
I find it humorous, that those whose opinions I value, are often such harsh cries of themselves. I guess, perhaps, that I find introspection a valuable trait.

DeleteAnonymous - I suspect most most introspective people are harsh critics of themselves. Ourselves. We cannot help it.
