What is the gardening potential of Old Home TB? I have heard horror stories about the water levels in that part of the world - does any of that affect you?
So it is a mixed bag, Glen. The good news is that there is a large, sunny patch fenced against deer which my father did years ago but never really grew a garden in. The Cowboy did over the summer and it worked really well. The bad news is, of course water. There are several wells about the property and the water table is not too deep, but where one could minimize water use it would be better, of course.
I believe so Glen. The temps are in the 40's and low 30's, occasionally dipping into the 20's. Snow happens perhaps once a year, certainly once every two years.
Comments are welcome (and necessary, for good conversation). If you could take the time to be kind and not practice profanity, it would be appreciated. Thanks for posting!
Well good!

DeleteThat said, we need all the rain we can get.
So… is fall gardening a possibility then?
