Daffodils starting to grow at the house:
Looking towards the sunrise:
The Seasonal tank is full:
Old Pump head:
The local utility company was in cutting trees away from the power line all summer:
You can see they cut away quite a bit:

A new discovery: these little white berries. They look a great deal like popcorn. I have never seen them before.
I don't know where you are but Stephen Pentz of "First Known When Lost" is in Washington state and calls them Snowberry bushes. Have a joyous holiday. Julia
ReplyDeleteLooks very relaxing, great place for a walk. I think those plants are called snowberries.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a Merry Christmas, wish all the best for next year.
Jeff
Ask your local ag extension. Show them the pictures. If you pick them, wear gloves. I believe they're poison ivy berries.
ReplyDeleteLove all your trees!
A blessed New Year to you all!
Thank you Julia! I have never heard of Snowberry bushes before but will give them a look.
ReplyDeleteWe are in Northern California.
Thanks for stopping by Jeff. Yes, compared to the urban cacophony I am usually subjected to it is very peaceful indeed.
ReplyDeleteLinda, we are fortunate in that we have an abundance of trees here.
ReplyDeleteNot sure about poison ivy - we are a little too north and west for it, I think. We do have poison oak in abundance though.
Happy New Year to you as well!
