Very true TB...but then the question is, how does one let go of today's anxiety when the worries of tomorrow are still there? I haven't figured that one out yet.

Rain - I think the best thing - not that I do this effectively - is to focus on the things that I can do. The things out of my control cannot be impacted with my anxiety or my worry. If I can do nothing, then worrying about it does nothing to affect the outcome, good or bad.Linda - Yes, I get it too. I wish I was better at it.
