100 years ago, our people were mostly self-sufficient, or closely associated to 90% of their economic network. Only a small percentage of their "needs" were met from distant supply chains.
We can go back. We can go all the way.
The illusion of the vast global network will soon show itself to be pure fantasy. Prepare as if your life depended upon this knowledge.
This is so true, I hate to admit I'm very dependent on certain big corporations...the power company. Sigh...I HATE when I lose power and I am not off grid yet. Working on it though! And until I can perfect a Chardonnay, I'm kind of reliant on the liquor store! :)
