We decided to leave the country (England) and start a new life in SW France eleven years ago. Have never had any regrets, no matter how much of a struggle it has been, it was better than staying in a rut and going nowhere in life.
Vera, you are my model (yes, you are!). I have jokingly told The Ravishing Mrs. TB that we are going to just go off to Italy and make wine. We are going there for a vacation in June. Who knows?

ReplyDeleteI used to get that feeling a couple times a week. Now that I'm retired, and can pick and choose what I do/where I work, not so much.
