    c.s.lewis says hell is actually kept from utter terror by God cutting off the evil that the evil one can do how horrible would it be otherwise
    may God save us all, and our nations, too.

    Deborah, I always found Lewis' The Great Divide interesting - not so much as a view of Hell per se, but as a view of how Hell views Hell (extremely important) versus how Heaven views Hell (a crack on the floor of Heaven).
