That was actually more or less the past two years for us. The weather here is hardly predictable from year to year - of the six years we have been here, four have been drought years and two have been heavy with rain.
It really is kind of a no win to complain about, because we have been on the other side too. I guess perhaps I would not mind so much if I actually had the time to enjoy it and/or did not feel I was not getting other things accomplished because of it.
