Did they lose their brush pile or hiding places? My parents don't see quail as much as they used to either and I wonder if part of it has to do with my dad cleaning the place up and reducing their hiding places.

I ran my quail off when I opened up the browse area for the sheep. They didn't come into my garden this year.
