One of my great issues...It is a good point Preppy. One of my great issues is fixed schedules when such things are not required; telling people that they have to be there a certain period of time to satisfy appearances rather than complete tasks demoralizes a workforce like few other things. The equally important point is letting people work when they are work, not forcing the to do things like go to meetings that do not help the task or play politics or do the tasks of others or follow up on the pet projects of a few.
