No fog here. We have a couple snowstorms with another walloping us right now with extreme cold behind it. I'm going to venture outside my basement door the five steps to load up on firewood, start a fire and call it a day/weekend.
On the day you posted this, we were heading into the teens from a high in the 50's that Saturday. It rained all night - until it turned to ice. Flash freezes, they warned. We warmed up the next week. And now we're heading into the 40's, maybe 50's for Christmas. Makes me happy.
Comments are welcome (and necessary, for good conversation). If you could take the time to be kind and not practice profanity, it would be appreciated. Thanks for posting!
Fog eh TB? Around here the stuff would freeze methinks......minus four at the moment, colder tomorrow morning........:)
ReplyDeleteWe have had a "warming trend" in the last few days after three days of rain up to the mid 50's; it is welcome.

ReplyDeleteSounds prudent, Ed.
DeleteWe had freezing fog the other morning - beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI do not believe I have ever experienced a freezing fog - sounds beautiful (as a viewing event, not a driving event).
DeleteFog makes me think damp and chilly. Nice to see some Christmas lights.
ReplyDeleteLeigh, I find I am fascinated now by lighting (natural or artificial) and the play with weather.
DeleteTo be fair - still damp and chilly. But at least a little Christmas cheer.

ReplyDeleteYikes! We knew them as Blue Northers - rapidly sinking temperatures caused by a cold front that could result in freezing rain.
DeleteWe are actually a little above the normal temperatures here in New Home 2.0 which puts us in the low 50's. Still plenty of rain, though.
